YOUTH

​GUILDFORD YOUTH MINISTRY (GYM) programmes are safe spaces for young people in school years 3-13 to grow in community & faith. ​

GYM offers three programmes where faith, discussion, fun, creativity ​and prayer are at the centre of the sessions. GYM provides weekly formation programmes for children in school years 3-6, 7-9 and 10-13. GYM provides opportunities to grow in faith and love of God in a fun, safe and dynamic environment. We also have a fantastic yearly weekend away called Rooted!

It's about accompanying young people in the reality of their lives. It's about helping each young person know that Christ is alive and loves them for who they are and maybe were God is leading them. It's also about building community, a home that young people can always come back to.

FEARLESS | SCHOOL YEARS 3-6 | MONDAYS 5.15-6.45PM

​Fearless - a super fun youth group full of fun, faith & friendship
Fearless is for any young person in school years 3-6. We meet in St Joseph's Church Hall, Mondays, 5.15-6.45pm.
​
The evenings consist of a yummy home-cooked meal, lots of fun activities, organised games, teaching, small group discussion and a time of prayer. We have fantastic youth group games like crafts, table football, table tennis, a console, indoor hockey and more!
As part of the evening, we provide dinner for the children, so don't worry about eating beforehand.

We ask for a donation of £2 per session to cover the cost of the food.

 FEARLESS ONLINE | SCHOOL YEARS 3- 6 | MONDAYS 4.30PM - BACK IN SEPTEMBER

Fearless a super fun youth group full of fun, faith and friendship
Fearless for all children in school years 3-6 (ages 7-10).
We meet on Mondays at 4.30-5.45pm.
If you are registered on the parish database and your child would like to join us at Fearless Online then please contact us.
Fearless will be back after the summer holidays... not physically but instead virtually, via Zoom!
​We would love to see your child there!

FUSION | SCHOOL YEARS 7-9
MONDAYS 6.45-8.15PM

Fusion - for anyone who wants to have fun, make friends & be supported in faith
Fusion is for any young person in school years 7-9. We meet in St Joseph's Church Hall, Mondays, 7-8pm.

A perfect group for the pre-teens of our parish. We start the evening with a chance to relax and play with our fantastic youth group games, including indoor hockey! Then we come together around a topic supporting and encouraging each other in faith.  ​
The sessions are free.

FOCUS | SCHOOL YEARS 10-13 | FRIDAYS 7-9PM

Focus for young people to meet, be yourself & grow in life and faith together.

Focus is for any young person in school years 10-13. We meet in St Joseph's Church Hall, Fridays, 7-9pm.

Want a place where you can make friends, chill out, feel safe to be yourself and grow in faith? This group is just for you. Every week we have a laugh and chat about life and faith together. We aim to inspire and strengthen young peoples' spiritual journey – a space to feel safe being you.​
The sessions are free.
