We Care About You.

We care about everyone who walks through the doors of our four church buildings and its households.

In the Catholic Parish of Guildford, we use an online database provided by a company called ChurchSuite - a safe and secure web-based church management system based in the UK that is used by around 2000 churches across the world.

We want to fill the database with the contact details of all households that attend Mass at any of the four churches in the Catholic Parish of Guildford: St Joseph, St Mary, St Pius X and St Edward the Confessor.

The database is used by the clergy and staff of the Catholic Parish of Guildford to keep records in order to support you and your family as best we can.

Register on the Parish Database

After you submit your details, you will receive an email within a few days, with details of how to log in and view and amend your personal details.  The email will provide you details of how you can check your personal details, privacy settings and communication preferences. This will allow you to give consent for us to stay connected with you, keeping you up to date with events and other church related communications.  
If you no longer want to receive communication from us, you can click ‘forget me’ – which is your right to ask us to remove your details from our database.

Who needs to register?

Everyone. Even if you have been a parishioner in the parish for years you will need to register on this brand new database.

How do i register ADDITIONAL adults?

If you have additional related people living in your household such as children over the age of 18 or other family. Just register them separately and we will link you all together to be a single hosuehold

What happens if i leave the Parish?

If you wish to be removed from the database for any reason, just use the query form below, to get in contact, and we shall remove yourself

My partner doesn't come to church should I add them

It is important to add your whole family, whether they are regular church goers or not, it allows the clergy and staff to be sensitive to your household
