jDAMASCUS is a weekend away to give young people aged 8-14 from Guildford and beyond an opportunity to discover their faith in a fun, dynamic & creative way. It gives young people the opportunity to discover they are on a faith journey & are chosen by God, like Saul on the road to Damascus.
jDAMASCUS is an annual event, established 2011, as a younger version of our summer camp DAMASCUS. jDAMASCUS weekend away is run by the Catholic Parish of Guildford youth team. |
We've had lots of fun providing successful weekends of faith, fun and fellowship. We invite your child(ren) to join us for talks, live music, creative workshops, fun games, and activities, community building, Mass, prayer, a life changing experience.
Next year jDAMASCUS is taking place at Oakwood Youth Challenge in Wokingham (oakwoodyouth.co.uk). This is a Catholic retreat for young people aged 8-14. Details to follow soon. |
