We Care About You
We care about everyone who walks through the doors of our fours church buildings and its households.
In the Catholic Parish of Guildford, we use an online database provided by a company called ChurchSuite - a safe and secure web-based church management system used by around 1000 churches across the world.
We want to fill the database with the contact details of all households that attend Mass at any of the four churches in the Catholic Parish of Guildford: St Joseph, St Mary, St Pius X and St Edward the Confessor.
The database is used by the clergy and staff of the Catholic Parish of Guildford to keep records in order to support you and your family as best we can.
It's Really Simple
If your household isn't yet registered on the parish database all you need to do is….
After you submit your details, you will receive an email within a few days, with details of how to log in and view and amend your personal details. The email will provide you details of how you can check your personal details, privacy settings and communication preferences. This will allow you to give consent for us to stay connected with you, keeping you up to date with events and other church related communications.
If you no longer want to receive communication from us, you can click ‘forget me’ – which is your right to ask us to remove your details from our database.
