We are blessed by all four churches having excellent hall facilities that are available for hire by both parishioners, the community and commercial users.
St Josephs hall
The Hall is available for hire throughout the year at competitive rates. It is used all year round for a variety of means, such as for social meetings, formation events, charity occasions, dances, indoor mat bowling and examinations.

St Joseph's has excellent hall facilities below the Church:
St Philip Howard Hall
is carpeted and holds approx. 100 people;
St Richard Hall
has a hard floor and holds approx. 125 people;
The whole Church Hall
a folding partition enables both halls to be used together, holding approx. 250 people.
There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, urn, kettles, microwave etc. Crockery and cutlery for 125 people.
Chairs and tables to seat approximately 125.
There is a dedicated sound system and projector.
Costs for heating, light, and cooking are included in the charges.
The hall is licensed by Guildford Borough Council for most activities, but for the sale of alcohol, which requires application for a special licence.
St Marys Hall
St Mary’s has an excellent hall facility situated behind the church and presbytery. The hall is licensed for most activities, including the sale of alcohol . There is a well equipped kitchen and a folding partition which enables the hall to hold dual activities. To use the hall or to book it, please contact the Parish office.
St Edwards Hall
The Hall is connected to the Church and is adjacent to the Priest’s House, Vine Cottage. There are two approach roads, the easier being from Blanchards Hill, turning into the Sutton Park estate. The car park is outside the lych gate at the entrance to the Church. The Hall is on the far side of the Church, approached through the lych gate and carrying on past the Church porch. Vine Cottage, the Priest’s house, is to the right of the Church as seen from the car park.
The Hall is a Church facility primarily for use in conjunction with the Church and its services, including baptisms, weddings and funerals. It is available for use under licence by groups and individuals associated with the Church or for educational purposes.
Users and licensees are invited to make a donation to cover utilities used and the long-term maintenance of the hall. There is no set scale but the following is a guide: Church-related activities (other than those directly sponsored by St Edward's Church) £50; private parties £100; short reception (drinks and canapes type) following a wedding £300; wedding reception £500. For private bookings, a deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned within one week after use of the hall. If additional cleaning of the hall is required the deposit will be retained.

The indemnity requirement and child protection requirements are specified in the licence.
Users and licensees will be provided with the Hall User Handbook and a set of keys.
